Epista ensures fair and transparent data processing
When Epista requests your personal data, you are informed as to which data is being used and to what specific purpose. This information is made available to you at the time of the collection of your personal data. May the original purpose of the collection change; Epista will then seek new consent for the new processing purpose.

Your request will be handled with the shortest deadlines and no later than a month after receipt of your request.
Information about your personal data
If so requested, Epista must inform you which of your data are being processed, how, where, from whom it has been collected and how it is being used. You also have the right to be informed as to how long your personal data will be stored and who has access to your data in case of data transmission.
You can always request access to your personal data within Epista (using the contact information specified hereabove), but this access might be restricted or limited if it endangers other people´s privacy, trade secrets or intellectual property rights. In that case, Epista will notify these restrictions to you.
Correction or deletion of data
You have the right to have inaccuracies in your personal data corrected. A request must be made to Epista stating the inaccuracies as well as your corrections to the data.
You may request the cancellation of your personal data in the cases provided for by current legislation. Once your request has been received and examined and if it is legitimate, Epista will delete your personal data.

If a request for correction/deletion has been made to Epista, and there is no valid reason for this latter to oppose or postpone it, then it will be executed in the shortest deadlines. Epista will inform you in case your request cannot be handled immediately.
