Standard Dashboards

Epista Standard Dashboards is a set of plug-and-play dashboards that are includeds with any Epista solution.

These interactive dashboards provide an overview of the performance of the entire sales force and allow each individual sales person to evaluate their performance against targets. This allows the organization to gain visibility into sales operations and drives accountability and focus.

The standard dashboards can be used immediately on any SuperOffice intstallation, out of the box or they can be customized to meet the company's specific requirements by using the Epista Builder.

The Sales Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of the performance of all sales reps. It allows managers to set targets for each sales rep and the individual rep can view a personalized version of the dashboard.

The Performance Tracker is a powerfull application for the tele sales department. It is ideal for wide screen projection and is a great motivation tool for the sales reps, that all can follow progress and be recognized for their performance. 

The Activity Dashboard makes it possible to conduct activity based sales performance management. Rather than assessing high level progress it allows for setting detailed objectives for individual activity types like meetings, calls, etc.  

Each dashboad comes complete with full integration to SuperOffice and allows for interactive drill downs and links back into SuperOffice directly from listing of customers, activities etc.
